 To put a new client's mind at rest i like to explain what happens during a reiki treatment. I llke to prepare the room by clearing any negative energy and burning aromatherapy oils in order to create a relaxing environment. We choose from several meditation cds including rainforest, ocean waves or thunderstorm to listen to during the treatment. You remain fully clothed and lie on a mobile massage couch. You can be covered with a blanket if you so wish. |
